Summertime Picnic Beach Session

Warm sunlight, cool sand and the slight buzz of wine. Soft joy and slow touches.

The concept for this shoot was all Kennedy. She had style guides and mood boards (impressive right?) that we worked on together to make Kennedy and James’ engagement shoot dreams come true. A bouquet of flowers, unlabeled wine, sunset – what could be better? Before we arrived at the lake, we met up in downtown to start our session and give a little variety to their final gallery.

Maybe I’ll share that part of the shoot one day too…

I could’ve stayed on this beach with Kennedy and James for a long, long time. But eventually, the light left the sky and the wine ran out, and we all had to head home.
